"I want to give a huge shoutout to Julie with Joey Piatczyc - State Farm Insurance! From the moment she reached out, she made the entire process easy, convenient, and surprisingly enjoyable. I was at work and couldn’t talk on the phone, but she followed up with a text asking if she could send me a quote—and I’m so glad she did. When I saw the numbers, I thought, is this even real? It was so much lower than what I was currently paying! What really stood out was her consistency and flexibility. Working an 8 to 4:30 job, it’s hard to make calls during the day, but Julie made it all happen via text—setting up meetings, confirming the quote, and answering my questions without ever making me feel pressured. She first reached out on April 21st, and by April 28th, I officially joined State Farm! Julie was so respectful, not pushy, and just genuinely easy to work with. I feel confident that if I ever need anything, I can reach out and she’ll be there. While I haven’t had the chance to speak with Joey personally, I can say this: when you put someone like Julie on your team, someone who is personable, honest, and consistent—you’re doing something right. After being with the same third-party insurance company since I was a kid (thanks to my parents), I finally made the switch—and it’s all because of Julie. Thank you for everything!"

"I have been a State Farm customer for 26 years and never plan on leaving. I've moved around the U.S. and been under different state farm agents. Although we are currently with Brett B in Florence, AL we met Joey Piatczyc at a local event in Huntsville. No surprise, he was generous and approachable and was more about the customer and ensuring we were happy with state farm and not just pressuring us to change. "LIKE A GOOD NEIGHBOR.. JOEY WAS THERE!! With all jokes aside, I got into a wreck yesterday and Joey first and foremost asked if I was okay. Then he immediately gave me the info on where to have my car towed and other information I didn’t even know I needed. He got our claim submitted within hours!! He is on top of it!! It was so reassuring to have an agent who genuinely cares about your wellbeing, knows the exact things you need to do and when to do them, and who works as quickly as possible to ensure the best experience out of a bad situation.
